Install the downloaded extension

Load the extracted package

  1. Download the ZIP and extract it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions (or your browser’s Extensions page).
  3. Turn on Developer mode.
  4. Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted folder.
  5. Pin ShareIt to the toolbar.

  1. Download the ZIP and extract it.
  2. Open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox.
  3. Choose Load Temporary Add-on.
  4. Select manifest.json inside the extracted folder.

Is the extension free?

Yes. The extension is free to download and use. Each share can contain up to 100 files and 3 GB in total.

Can I sign in or create an account inside it?

Yes. The extension includes account controls for signing in, creating an account and opening My Files.

What browsers are supported?

There is one package for Chrome, Edge and Brave, plus a separate Firefox package.

Can the extension see every page I visit?

No. It is scoped to ShareIt.onl and does not request access to read unrelated websites or your browsing history.
