You can share documents, photos, videos, audio, archives and more on shareit.onl. PDFs, spreadsheets, music, design files, and code all work the same way. There's no format to convert first - The only rule is that what you share has to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It's free, needs no account, and treats every file the same.
Just as important: your files are delivered byte-for-byte unchanged. We don't compress, re-encode, or convert anything. The file the other person downloads is an exact copy of the one you uploaded, right down to the last bit.
Every format, handled the same way
Because we never re-encode or convert your files, the format simply doesn't matter to us. A rare design file, an obscure archive, a plain text note, and a 4K video are all handled identically: uploaded, stored briefly, and handed over untouched.

Nothing gets re-encoded
Some sharing tools quietly shrink photos or transcode video to save space. That can soften a picture or drop audio quality. shareit.onl never does that.
Why byte-for-byte matters
An exact copy means:
- Photos keep full quality. No extra compression, no color shifts.
- Video stays sharp. Your resolution and bitrate come through as-is.
- Documents stay valid. Signed PDFs, macros, and formatting survive intact.
- Checksums match. Developers can verify the file is identical to the original.

The limits to keep in mind
File types are unrestricted - it is size that has limits. Every share follows the same rules:
Signed in, two account-level allowances sit on top: a free account holds 50 GB of live shares at once and serves 100 GB of downloads a month across all of them, resetting on the 1st. Expired and deleted shares stop counting toward storage straight away.

Privacy for any file
Whatever you send, you can lock it down. Two options help:
- Password protection. Only people with the password can open the share.
- Delete after first download. The share erases itself once the first person grabs it.
Every share also comes with a short link and a QR code, so handing off files is quick whether the other person is at a desk or on a phone. Expiry runs from 1 hour up to 7 days, with a default of 24 hours, and the clock renews for another 24 hours on each download.
